Her life was full there where she not only managed the energetic lives of her four children but was active in local politics, the Manhattan Regional Airport, House Board of the Delta, Delta, Delta, sorority, and eventual emeritus Trustee of the Kansas State University Foundation Board of Trustees. She also traveled throughout Europe and the United States and loved to cook, garden, play golf and actively participate in any card game, especially bridge.

Her fondest childhood summer memory was traveling by railroad to Belleville, Kansas to visit her “Grandma Mac”, receiving a silver dollar from her grandfather on the town square and being showered with love from her “Big” Uncle Dan. She has been loved and will be missed greatly.
Luann is survived by her sister, Sandra Vader; two sons, Brad and Clay Maupin; two daughters, Kim Sweet and Sue Maupin; two stepdaughters, Gayle Heller, and Teresa Cramer; one stepson, Robert Cramer; eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
