There was a bonfire for a Junction City High School pep rally Thursday evening. It occurred one night before the Blue Jay football was scheduled to play their Senior Night against the Seaman Vikings at Al Simpler Stadium.

The bonfire had been postponed from earlier weeks due to wet weather.
