Two members of the Junction City Blue Jay boys cross country team competed in the Manhattan Invitational varsity race on Saturday.  Blake Reed finished 40th in 19:16.4 while Dain Yale finished 65th in 23:20.4.

In the JV boys race for Junction City Isaiah Smith finished in 10th place in 19:28.0, Tate Miller 30th in 20:23.4, Hayden Diestelkamp 48th in 21:21.8 and Tristan Hicks 49th in 21:28 and Timothy Sifuentes was 51st 21:23.2.

There were no Lady Jays in the varsity race.

In the girls JV race Malia Silva finished 26th with a time of 20:17.7, Murin Burkett 34th in 20:58.9, Dakota Dochenetz 45th in 21:47.1, Laynee Chase 46th in 21:52.3 and Mia Perusich 52nd in 22:18.4.
