The Geary County Fish & Game Association will open its doors to the public in conjunction with National Hunting & Fishing Day Sept. 28. Opportunities will be offered for various shooting and fishing activities., swap tables, raffles, demonstrations and food.
Two or three people are still needed to help with introductory archery, one or two to help demonstrate and assist black powder shooters, two people to assist with prep and serving for lunch. Donations of cookies or brownies are also needed.
The entire event runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 28.
