The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Deputies responded to U.S. Highway mile marker 161 at 6:30 a.m. Thursday for a non-injury motor vehicle accident.

Peter Johnson, Longford, was traveling southbound in a 2003 GMC Sierra when a deer entered the roadway causing front end damage to the vehicle.
