Junction City – Geary County United Way has released important dates and facts for their annual fundraising effort.

The kickoff of the annual fundraising campaign will be on Sept. 13 and the goal is to raise $140,000. There will be a new fishing tournament on Sept. 29, United Way breakfast Sept. 19, and the Business Blitz will be the week of Oct. 7 – 11.
