Police said that the GMC Envoy involved in an accident Friday morning on I-70 on the southeast side of Junction CIty was traveling eastbound. The driver had his window open when something flew into the vehicle and hit the side of his face. It is unclear what hit him.
In response the driver, whose identity has not yet been released, cranked his vehicle sideways and it rolled. The vehicle went through the median into oncoming westbound traffic. The driver suffered a scratch to an ear, but refused medical treatment at the scene. He was wearing a seatbelt. No one else was injured.
