There has been another candidate filing in the Geary USD 475 Board of Education race.

According to the Geary County Clerk’s Office, current BOE president, Tom Brungardt has filed for reelection.

Brungardt joins Ron Johnson, Kristy Hayden and Jim Schmidt in the race for seats on the Board. Four seats will be up for election.

The filing deadline is noon on Monday, June 3rd.
