Geary County Treasurer Kathy Tremont has issued a reminder that second half real and personal property taxes are due today ( May 10th ).  After that time interest will accrue daily and will be added to the tax.

Options are available to make payments.

–You can come to the Geary County Office Building on the corner of 8th and Franklin. Tax payments can be made between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. A drop box is also located outside the office if one chooses, and a receipt will be mailed when indicated. The box is located on the south side of the building.

–payment can be mailed o the Geary County Treasurer at 200 East 8th Street in Junction City, KS 66441.
