The Geary County Sheriff’s Department has reported that Deputies responded to I-70 mile marker 310 west bound for a single vehicle accident at 6:37 a.m. on Monday.

Richard Flannery was driving a 2008 Nissan Altima when the vehicle was struck from the rear, causing him to lose control and go into the north ditch, striking a tree. A check with police dispatch revealed it was a non-injury accident.
