The Chapman Irish advanced to the championship game of the Class 4A Substate tournament with a 63-39 boys basketball win over Pratt in the first round of the tournament in the Chapman District Gym.

The irish were led by Izek jackson with 30 points while Anthony Wasylk scored 14.

Chapman will host Nickerson in the tournament championship game Friday night. Nickerson defeated Wamego 51-43.
