The Dorothy Bramlage Public Library Director Susan Moyer has announced that Ware Elementary School on Fort Riley is the recipient of this year’s donation from the Library’s annual Cap and Mitten Tree.

All of the items are new and were donated by community members. They include both purchased and handmade hats, gloves and mittens.
