Dr. Reginald Eggleston will formally begin work as the new superintendent of schools in Geary USD 475 in April. But he will spend Thursday in the school district meeting with a number of people including the Board of Education at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

He will begin the day touring the Devin Center office and meeting with staff, do a drive by tour of the schools, participate in a press conference at the Devin Center, will visit and meet with principals and the Devin Center administrators, and record a brief message for a Fort Riley Town Hall.

Eggleston will fill the position formerly held by Dr. Corbin Witt, who stepped down due to health reasons.
