The Geary County Sheriff’s Department reported that Deputies responded to a possible injury accident on U.S. Highway 77 at mile marker 164 on Tuesday.

Shailby Gagliano, Wakefield, was traveling north in her Mercury passenger car when the vehicle hit the rear end of a Ford Expedition driven by Shamiya Hill, Junction City. EMS checked all the individuals involved and released them at the scene.

The accident was reported at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday.
