Geary County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a pair of non-injury accidents Wednesday.

The first one occurred on U.S. 77 Highway at mile post 163. Kristin Burnett of Fort Riley was driving a 2018 Dodge Ram pickup southbound when she ran into the back of a 2006 Chevrolet Express van driven by Edwards Jones, Junction City. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven away from the scene by the drivers.

Deputies responded at 5:40 p.m. to a two-vehicle non-injury accident in the 7500 block of Old 77 Highway. Abigail Brittain, Matfield Green, Kansas was driving a 2013 Dodge Dart when she attempted a U-Turn in the roadway and struck a 2015 Nissan Altima driven by Cody Bitterlin of Milford. No injuries were reported. Buds Wrecker responded and towed the Nissan.
