Geary County officials are working on obtaining new election voting machines for use beginning in 2019.

County Commission Chairman Charles Stimatze reported this week, “She’s working on doing an RFP for voting machines. Should be sent out shortly and will probably have the new voting equipment around the first of the year.”  County Clerk Rebecca Bossemeyer is working on this project.
