Part-time janitor position open at the City of ChapmanThe City of Chapman is currently accepting applications and resumes for the position of city janitor. The city janitor is a part-time position within the city of Chapman and reports to the city clerk. The city janitor is a non-exempt position under FLSA which performs janitorial duties throughout city facilities. The employee in this position shall provide general cleaning and supply services to the following locations: city hall, police department, fire department, fitness facility, banquet room, Sheeran Park storm shelter, ball complex restrooms, city park restrooms and any other city owned facilities as needed.
Responsibilities include performing and documenting routine maintenance activities and carrying out cleaning tasks and possible special projects. Expected starting hourly rate at $10.00/hour.
