According to the Blue Jay Athletics Twitter feed, Shawnee Heights rallied from a 5-4 deficit in the 7th inning to defeat the Junction City Blue Jay baseball team 6-5 in 8 innings in the first game of a doubleheader hosted by Shawnee Heights.

Junction City lost to Shawnee Heights in the second game 9-1.

The losses were the first of the season for the Blue Jays ( 8-2 ).
