UNDATED (AP) — How bad has the weather been during the major league season? Even the indoor games are getting postponed.

The Blue Jays had to push back their series opener against the Royals because of chunks of ice crashing down from the nearby CN Tower following a weekend of freezing rain. It’s the first postponement at Rogers Centre in 17 years, when a pair of panels collided on the stadium’s retractable roof.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday. The first pitch for the first game is scheduled at 2:07 p.m.
