The Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce office has been fielding complaints regarding notices being sent about late payments and overdue balances on accounts.
The Chamber said please, disregard any notice that does not come from finance@jcacc.org or has more than one email in the from line and DO NOT click on any links.
The notices some have been reaching are part of a Phishing Scam.
Phishing Emails: Disguised emails that are designed to obtain
sensitive information such as user names and passwords, and often
contain links or attachments that lead to a malicious website or file.
The Chamber system has NOT been hacked and your information has NOT been jeopardized. Unfortunately, with scams like these there is little that can be done to stop it.
Please, review the attached document and link below, summarizing what these scams are and preventative measures to take.

If you have any questions or concerns, please let the Chamber know.
