The Kansas Children’s Service League will provide Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children child sexual abuse prevention training Monday evening from 5-7 p.m.

Stewards of Children is an evidence-informed prevention training program that teaches adults how to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to child sexual abuse. It offers practical prevention training with a conversational, real-world approach.

It covers topics ranging from the facts about the problem of child sexual abuse to effective strategies for protecting children from sexual abuse.

The training will be provided at Geary Community Hospital in the Medical Arts Building II Conference Room Monday evening.
