A member of the Junction City – Geary County Metropolitan Planning Commission / Board of Zoning Appeals, Mike Watson has resigned. That was announced at the monthly MPC meeting on Thursday evening by the Interim Planning and Zoning Administrator, Troy Livingston.

Livingston reported that Watson is relocating to the Kansas City area to be closer to family. The appointment of a replacement will be a task for the Geary County Commission.
