Phyllis Fitzgerald, Mayor of Junction City, as declared March 8th through March 14th as Girl Scout Week in Junction City. The proclamation was made during the March 7th City Commission meeting.

March has also been proclaimed as Women’s History Month by Fitzgerald.

Local Girl Scouts and community members attended the City Commission meeting to bear witness to the proclamations.
