The Wednesday morning tour log from the Junction City Police Department contained five pages of arrests.

A review of the report showed one person, Wayne King II, 25, Charleston, South Carolina, was arrested on multiple Geary County District Court warrants charging him with 19 counts of alleged probation violation.  Those warrant arrests constituted a sizeable portion of the tour log report.
