The latest Kansas Department of Health & Environment test results for blue green algae are out.

The Corps of Engineers has reported that the south end of Milford Lake, Zone A, is under a watch where limited exposure to the water is encouraged.

The middle portion of the lake, Zone B, is clear.

The north end of the reservoir, Zone C, is in a warning. Direct contact with the water such as swimming or jet skiing should be avoided. That does not impact boating and fishing.

Boat ramps at the Clay County Parks and the Ft. Riley Marina will be opened.
