The arrival of the aTa Bus public transportation service means more patients are arriving fortheir doctor’s appointments at Geary Community Hospital.  The number of no-shows are down.

That information was revealed during the Hospital’s Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday.

County Commissioner Florence Whitebread, who has been active in helping bring aTa Bus to Junction City indicated she felt the service met a need in the community.
