MANHATTAN, Kan. – Following an impressive tryout at rookie minicamp over the weekend, former Kansas State defensive tackle Travis Britz signed a free agent deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the organization announced on Monday.

K-State now has five players who were on last year’s roster move on to the NFL as Cody Whitehair was drafted in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears in addition toMorgan Burns (Tennessee Titans), Glenn Gronkowski (Buffalo Bills) and Boston Stiverson (Dallas Cowboys) signing free agent contracts last week.
