Officers with the Riley County Police Department arrested Travis Ryan Moreland, 24, of Chapman, KS on Friday, April 22, just after 12 p.m.

Moreland was booked on three charges of aggravated robbery.

Bond for Moreland was set at $50,000, and as of 6 a.m. on Saturday, April 23, he was not confined at the Riley County Jail according to the RCPD Arrest Report.
