The new 701 North Jefferson home for Junction City Commission meetings was unveiled Tuesday evening.

Mayor Mick McCallister noted that the facility should help bring in more people that want to talk of the commission.

The building has been renovated and expanded, since it served as home for the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce. In addition to commission meetings, it will now house the Junction City Municipal Court operations.
