The Kansas Department of Transportation has awarded a bid totaling $15,215, 592.81 to Hamm Inc. of Perry, Kansas for work at the US 77 – K-18 junction, 2.1 miles north of Interstate 70.

The project will involve grading, bridge and surfacing of a 1.5 mile stretch of roadway.
