More Rain Expected Through the Weekend

Scattered showers are possible today through Sunday and again mid week, according to the National Weather Service of Topeka. Temperatures will be above normal for the next few days. Cooler weather is expected later in the week that could bring frozen precipitation to the area.

Tonight: Cloudy with slight chance of rain showers. Lows in the lower 50s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Sunday: Cloudy with chance of rain showers and isolated thunderstorms. Highs in the upper 60s. South winds around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation 40 percent.
