Rain Likely Through the Weekend

Mostly sunny skies are expected today into Friday according to the National Weather Service of Topeka. A storm system will bring a chance of rain and isolated thunderstorms to the area late Friday night through Sunday. Rainfall amounts will be generally under a half inch. Friday: Sunny. Highs in the upper 60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy with a 50 percent chance of rain showers. Lows in the upper 40s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of rain showers. Highs in the mid 60s. Southeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
