Randall C. Devenney, 65, of rural Junction City, a long-time Geary County Employee prior to  his retirement, passed away from a heart attack on February 19, 2016, in Manhattan, KS.

A memorial service will be held at Westview Community Church, 615 Gillespie Dr. Manhattan on March 5th at 10:30 a.m. The family will have a private inurnment at the Humboldt Creek Cemetery at a later time.

The family’s focus is to share a celebration of Randy’s life with those dear to him and therefore are requesting that memorial contributions not be given.

Arrangements are being handled by the Yorgensen-Meloan-Londeen Funeral Home in Manhattan.
