Grandview Plaza Police Report Arrest in Connection With Alleged Rape

richard goodrumThe Grandview Plaza Police Department has reported the arrest of a 20-year old Junction City man, Richard Charles Goodrum Jr., on suspicion of Rape.

Goodrum was arrested at 402 State Avenue on Thursday.
