The Junction City Blue Jay wrestling team finished tenth out of 14 teams at the Emporia Winter Classic on Saturday. Washburn Rural captured the team title with 197  points.

Highlights for Junction City included a first place finish by Max Bazan at 113 pounds. He brought home 24 points for the team with his finish.

Kamari Smith finished fourth at 152 pounds,  Jeffery Walters fifth at 220 pounds, and Terrance Adeley sixth at 182, and Tanner Bogenhagen sixth at 120 pounds.
