A January 22 date has now been set in the cases involving  Dr. Allan Holiday Jr. of Junction City in Geary County District Court.

In one case he is charged with Aggravated Sexual Battery stemming from an alleged July 26 incident involving a teenage boy from Herington.  In the other he faces an alleged bond violation count.

According to Assistant County Attorney Michelle Brown, the arraignment for Holiday on the Aggravated Sexual Battery charge and the bond violation appearance are both set for 9 a.m. on January 22. The initial court date had been December 4.
