Ten diamond pool tables are a part of the new Fat Toad Billiards at 714 West 6th Street in Junction City. Owner Todd Fausnett said they are the industry standard for superior tournament play pool tables.

Other features include 11 televisions, and the NFL Ticket that can be viewed on any of those monitors.

Owner Todd Fausnett said his establishment is a good place to relax. Food items include Fat Toad burgers , pizza, hog wings, and loaded potato chips.

They are working to bring in some big pool tournaments. “We want to have a 128 player bracket being filled up by this time next year.”  During tournaments there is typically prize money. Fausnett said he has been a pool advocate since he was 15 years old.

The grand opening and ribbon cutting for the new business was held on Friday.
