The Geary County Sheriff’s Department reported that Deputies responded to mile marker 313, eastbound I-70 about 14 miles east of Junction City to a single vehicle accident with air bag deployment.

Conor Milne of Topeka was traveling eastbound in a Volkswagon Jetta when the vehicle struck a guard rail. Minor scrapes were reported as a result of the accident.

Deputies responded to the accident at 3:31 a.m. on Saturday. The Sheriff’s Department reported that at 4:15 a.m. Saturday following the accident on I-70, Conor Milne was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.
