According to the National Weather Service of Topeka, cool conditions are in store for today and tonight, with rain chances increasing Friday into Friday night. Rain showers may linger into the day on Saturday, but the trick-or-treat forecast for FileL (13)Saturday evening looks mostly dry!

Rest Of Tonight: Colder. Mostly clear. Patchy frost. Near steady temperature in the mid 30s. Northwest winds around 5 mph.

Thursday: Sunny. Patchy frost in the morning. Highs in the mid 50s. Northwest winds 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 30s. Southeast winds up to 5 mph.

Friday: Cloudy. Slight chance of rain showers in the morning… Then rain showers likely in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 50s. Southeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of showers 70 percent.

Friday Night: Not as cool. Rain showers. Lows in the upper 40s. East winds up to 10 mph. Chance of showers 80 percent.

Saturday: Cloudy in the morning then clearing. Slight chance of rain showers. Highs in the lower 60s.
