Fox Sports Kansas City, K-State Announces Men’s Basketball TV Schedule

MANHATTAN, Kan. – FOX Sports Kansas City will televise 12 Kansas State men’s basketball games during the 2015-16 season, including two Big 12 matchups, the school and network announced today. unnamed (1)

FOX Sports Kansas City will air the games to the entire state of Kansas as well as the Kansas City metro area, while fans outside the region can view the broadcasts for the first time on K-StateHD.TV. In addition, all 12 games will be available to stream live outside the state of Kansas on ESPN3 across WatchESPN platforms.

The broadcast schedule begins with the first exhibition contest with Emporia State at 7 p.m., on Friday, Oct. 30 and continues with the next four games, including the second exhibition against Fort Hays State at 7 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 6. The regular season opener with Maryland-Eastern Shore will be broadcast at 7 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 13, followed by Columbia at 8 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 16 and South Dakota at 7 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 20. Other games on the schedule include South Carolina State at 2 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 29, Coppin State at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Dec. 9, the Wichita Wildcat Classic with Colorado State at 3 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 19, North Dakota at 7 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 22 and Saint Louis at 7 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 29.

The FOX Sports Kansas City television schedule concludes with home Big 12 contests against Texas Tech at 7 p.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 12 and TCU at 7 p.m., on Wednesday, March 2.

Of note, K-State’s road games at Georgia on Friday, Dec. 4 and Texas A&M on Saturday, Dec. 12 will be televised on the SEC Network. The Georgia game will tip off at 6 p.m., while the Texas A&M contest is slated to start at 4:30 p.m
