Temperatures Continue to Drop Through Friday

According to the National Weather Service of Topeka, temperatures continue to fall through the week into the mid 60s by Friday.

Morning lows in the 40s may require at least a light jacket. There is a FileL (2)slight chance for showers to impact portions of north central Kansas, otherwise most of the area should remain dry.

There is a chance we could see more rain showers develop over the entire area late Friday night into Saturday as the next system migrates over Nebraska.

Today: Sunny. Highs in the upper 60s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Tonight: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 60s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Friday: Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 60s. East winds 5 to 10 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy with slight chance of rain showers. Lows in the upper 40s.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with a 40 percent chance of rain showers. Highs around 60.

Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy with slight chance of rain showers. Lows in the upper 40s.

Sunday: Partly sunny. Highs in the mid 60s.

Sunday Night: Partly cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s.

Monday: Mostly sunny. Highs in the upper 60s.

Monday Night: Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Slight chance of rain showers. Lows in the lower 50s.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with slight chance of rain showers. Highs in the lower 70s.
