Madison Roether Captures First Place in Topeka West Invitational

blue jay logoMadison Roether of Junction City High School finished first in the individual competition at the Topeka West Invitational at the Topeka Country Club.

Coach Tim Hickert reported that Roether shot a winning round of four over par 77.

Junction City finished eighth out of nine teams in the tournament with a score of 492. Shawnee Mission East captured first place with the low score of 332.

Also for Junction City in the individual competition, Sierra Snyder shot a round of 121, Trinity Wiesler 144, and Molina Melendez 150.
