The Junction City Lady Jay volleyball team opened their season by winning two out of three matches at a quadrangular at Hayden High School in Topeka.

Junction City defeated Topeka West 25-16, 25-11, defeated Highland Park 25-14, 25-19,  and then lost to Hayden 11-25, 11-25.
