Al Simpler Stadium at Junction City High School will be the site for the Centennial League Track & Field Championships on Thursday ( May 14 ).

In addition to JCHS, teams from Manhattan, Seaman, Washburn Rural, Hayden, Emporia, Topeka High, Topeka West, Highland Park, and Shawnee Heights high schools will be competing.

Field events are scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m., Prelims in the running events at 4:30 p.m., and the Finals on the track at 6:30 p.m.  The meet is scheduled to end with the presentation of team trophies at 10:30 p.m.
