The Junction City Police Department has reported the arrest of three people  at a 364 Grant Avenue Lot 59 location.

Police confirmed the arrest Thursday evening of Ronnie Lee Loggins, 34, Junction City, Heather Renea Loggins, 30, Junction City, on suspicion of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Drug Possession, and Possession of an Explosive Device, plus  Alto Jack Robert Johns, 43, Manhattan, on suspicion of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Drug Possession.

Police Chief Tim Brown stated that detectives were doing a home visit with Court Services on a person that’s on bond supervision through the District Court. During the home visit detectives noted some suspected drugs in plain view and a search warrant was obtained for the home.

During the subsequent search, several suspicious devices were discovered and the Riley County Bomb Squad was brought in to render them safe.
