Kansas State University has issued a statement concerning the Monday night incident at Bramlage Coliseum where a fan ran onto the court after the Wildcat win over Kansas and made contact with a University of Kansas player.

According to the statement, on Tuesday ( Feb. 24 ) Nathan Power voluntarily met with K-State police and was issued a notice to appear for disorderly conduct. Power was cooperative through the process, and the K-State Police Department considers this matter closed.
