The Junction City Police Department has reported the arrest of Thomas Matthew Hughes, 27, Junction City, on suspicion of 91 counts of Violation of a No Contact order, plus one each of Conspiracy to Commit Perjury, and Intimidation of a Victim / Witness.

Hughes was arrested at 826 North Franklin, the Geary County Detention Center.
