The Geary County Extension Office is hosting a meeting on the 2014 Farm Bill on Friday, February 20. 

The meeting will begin at 2:30 p.m. and will be held at the Geary County 4-H / Senior Citizens Center at 1025 South Spring Valley Road in Junction City.

Geary County Extension Agent Chuck Otte will discuss basics of the 2014 Farm Bill as well as the latest economic considerations of the various options of the Farm Bill. There is no admission charge for the meeting and it is open to farmland owners and operators. The meeting will last one to one-and-a-half hours.
