Carl (Sam) N. Stebbins, a lifelong resident of Junction City, KS, passed away on Sunday, February 1., 2015 at Mercy Regional Health Center in Manhattan, KS at the age of 76.

A Memorial Service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Junction City on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Matthew Glasgow will officiate.  The family will have a private burial of the ashes at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorials may be given to Firefighters Local #3309 or the International Order of Rocky Mountain Goats sent in care of the Londeen Funeral Chapel, Box 429, Chapman, KS 67431, in charge of arrangements.
