Geary Community Hospital has named Howard Whittaker as the new Director of Facilities.

Joe Stratton, Hospital CEO explained that Whittaker has spent a number of years at Irwin Army Community Hospital at Fort Riley in a similar position.

“He lives right here in Junction City and I think it will be a really good marriage and he will bring good management leadership to that positions,” said Stratton.

Whittaker’s first day with the hospital will be Monday, February 2nd.
